Admission to Springfield Primary Academy
We are delighted that you are considering applying for a place at Springfield Primary Academy.
The Enquire Learning Trust is the admission authority for the academy you are considering and is responsible for determining its admission arrangements. These admissions arrangements can be found HERE.
Springfield Primary Academy is currently a one and a half form entry school. We can take up to 45 children in each year group.
We also have a 48 place nursery.
Admissions to Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes must be made through the NE Lincolnshire Admissions department. They can be contacted on 01472 323079 or 323081 0r 323316
Springfield Nursery
Children are admitted into our Nursery the term after their third birthday. We have three intakes a year, September, January and April.
If your child is already 3yrs old and you would like a place for them in our Nursery please contact the school on 230260 or call into the school office as they may be eligible for a place immediately.
