Once again, during October – December the School Nursing Service will be offering the Influenza Immunisation to all pupils. To consent to your child receiving the vaccine in school, please complete the online consent form by clicking the link in the attached letter. You will need to make sure that your child’s GP records are up to date with the correct contact details.
The nursing team will be in school on the 18th and 19th November to vaccinate children in Reception to Year 6. If you have not completed the online form, then your child will not be able to be vaccinated.
